5194 is a super correct, clean made herd bull prospect with loads of eye appeal. He is heavily pigmented and thick topped. He also did well on ultrasound with ratios of 106 on ribeye and 99 on marbling. His dam is a perfect uddered, extra feminine cow with an average NR of 109.

Initially, we were runner-up bidder on 5194R at the Holden Sale, eventually losing out to Mr. Bill Jacobs, of Jacobs Ranch, Sulphur, Oklahoma. After breeding 5194 to his entire group of elite L1 females (around 30 head) we persuaded Bill to sell us his interest in the bull.The transaction was completed in late August, 2006. Aside from the obvious hope that 5194R will continue to improve the overall quality, eye appeal,performance, and pigmentation in our cattle, the primary reason we continued to pursue the bull was that 5194 was our #1 choice to go back on the tremendous daughters of 2051 and 02398.
